Free Standard Shipping on All US Orders Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout on all US orders — no minimum required.

Processing Time All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once handed to USPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing is the time to prepare your order; shipping is the time for USPS to deliver it to your door.

Domestic Shipping — United States All US orders ship free via USPS Standard. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We currently ship to Canada and Europe via USPS First-Class Package International. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Typical delivery estimates after dispatch:

• Canada: 7–14 business days
• Europe: 10–21 business days

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders Custom and made-to-measure orders require additional production time. Please allow 2 weeks for craftsmanship before your order is shipped. We will confirm your timeline at the time of your order.

Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or VAT charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local government and are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can monitor your delivery at usps.com.
