Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@wandizi.com . If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and custom or tailored pieces made to your measurements. Please contact us at support@wandizi.com  with any questions about a specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union customers If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging — and you'll need proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@wandizi.com.
